PAYMENT POLICY

In order to confirm your booking, McKenna Consultants require 100% of the course fee paid via BACS within 3 working days of receiving the invoice and before the scheduled course date. Failure to pay this will mean that you will not be permitted to attend the training course.

CANCELLATION POLICY

McKenna Consultants reserves the right to cancel or alter the date, time or Venue of the Training Course by giving not less than 7 days written notice to the Client. If McKenna Consultants exercises its rights to cancel the Training Course before commencement of the Course then a full refund of any Fee paid by the Client shall be made.

In the event that the Client cancels the Training Course less than 7 days before the Training Date then McKenna Consultants shall be entitled to payment for any non-refundable Expenses which it has incurred together with a sum equivalent to 80% of the Fee.

TRANSFER POLICY

McKenna Consultants do not operate a transfer policy.
